The breakfast selection is great, the staff is very nice, the building and rooms are nice with a couch, and there is a perfect location near a local history museum.

The location here is fantastic for exploring the city, just a 10-15 minute walk from the downtown area.

The venue is clean. the staff is incredible and exceptional. - the rooms are well-appointed and brand-new, complete with the pull-out couch and sofa bed. - the location is marvelous and convenient, close to everything. - the restaurant serves delicious Asian food. - I think this quiet venue is beyond compare, really enjoyed it.

I reserved a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a microwave, which was great for my stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location was fantastic. It was so close to downtown, allowing me to easily explore all the local restaurants and attractions. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I especially loved having a couch in my room, which made it feel like a cozy home away from home. Oh, and the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

Great location and easy access to Wake Forest Med Center.

The breakfast was supposed to be good but I slept through it. I wouldn't say there was anything else that I would say is noteworthy.

The decor was outdated. The tub clogged with water. The beds were lumpy. Basically, this is obviously an older property that is over-rated and costs way too much for the quality that is offered.

During my recent stay at Fairfield Inn, I was delighted by the warm welcome I received upon arrival. Not only did I get the room I had requested, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gift and note. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to a number of nice restaurants and within a reasonable distance from downtown. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the free parking was certainly a convenient bonus. I would highly recommend Fairfield Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in town.

Not much location worked for our needs

The sink was dirty when we arrived and I mentioned it to the front desk and it was not addressed. the breakfast food ran out before 9 and took too long to replenish. I had to get breakfast elsewhere. the noise from the breakfast area comes up thru the balcony to the second floor and woke me up in my room (216)

This hotel was a nice place for exploring Winston-Salem. The front desk staff members were absolutely lovely. The TV set and coffee in the room were a nice touch.

I had a very good stay and would like to go back there again. It was clean with helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and great, totally satisfied. The service was excellent. Moreover, parking was nearby.

The staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Winston-Salem Downtown is really helpful and top-class. the hotel is fairly clean and convenient. - the rooms are a nice size and come with a couch. - the location is comfy and close to Old Salem Museums & Gardens. - There is a good restaurant for a satisfying meal.

Ideal spot for our trip to Bb&t Field, it's just a stone's throw from here. Check-in was a breeze, and the rooms are top-notch, spotless, and even come with a comfy couch. 👌

Friendly staff. Great breakfast with attentive service. Clean exercise facility and rooms, including fridge and microwave. Convenient midnight snack options at the store. Will stay again. 👍
